At Gastineau Consulting, we believe in providing clear, upfront pricing. Every appointment is unique, and your total cost will always be discussed before your appointment is confirmed.

Pricing is based on the type of notarization, travel distance, appointment location, time of day, and any special circumstances.

Mobile Notary Appointments

At Gastineau Consulting, every appointment includes professional, courteous mobile service brought directly to your location. All pricing is discussed and confirmed before your appointment is scheduled.

Appointment Policies

Scheduling

Appointments are available by appointment only and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day, evening, weekend, holiday, and emergency appointments may be available based on scheduling and are subject to applicable service fees.

Complimentary Wait Time

Your appointment includes 15 minutes of complimentary wait time following the scheduled arrival. If additional waiting is required, an Extended Wait Fee of $15 per additional 15-minute increment (or portion thereof) may be assessed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens, and whenever possible, I am happy to accommodate changes to your appointment. I respectfully request at least two hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled after travel has begun, or appointments where I arrive and am unable to complete the notarization, may be subject to the applicable travel fee and any wait time charges incurred.

Signer Readiness

To ensure a smooth appointment, please have all documents ready for signature, acceptable government-issued photo identification available, and all required signers present at the scheduled appointment time.

Documents should not be signed prior to my arrival unless specifically instructed by the receiving agency or unless the notarization does not require signing in the presence of the notary.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
